A New Group Blog: Out Of Bounds

I want to highlight a new blog that promises to be a great place for those interested in thinking deeply and rightly about things theological and biblical. There is a new group blog made up by a cast of brothers who are all PhD students at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland, and all, if not mistaken, studying with the infamous John Webster. I have become “e-friends” with at least two of these guys over the last few years of blogging (one of them is a contributor to our forthcoming book on Evangelical Calvinism, Adam Nigh); I am excited to hear from all of them, and see what kind of theological foci will be provided by these young, up and coming theologians from Aberdeen (their tribe is many, relatively speaking). Anyway, I just wanted to alert my readers to this new blog; it is one that you should add to your blogrolls and RSS feeds, I have! You can find them by clicking on the link below:

I know this is somewhat off topic, but speaking of blogs, do you know what happened to T.C.’s blog. Did he quit blogging, or move the site, or what? One day I just clicked my bookmark and it was gone!

    D Crawford,

Yeah, I know, I had the same experience; so I emailed TCR, and he told me that he’s not done blogging but is having problems with his url. But then I just went over there today to find out that indeed TCR is closing shop at New Leaven, and is in a time of transition; both in his personal life and ministry and with his blogging. He has said that he is not done blogging, but he is done at his old address. Apparently some time in the near future he will be blogging again, only at a new url and new blog. Here is the link to get to his old blog “New Leaven” http://nleaven.wordpress.com

Thanks for the shout-out, Bobby! We’re all really excited to get the new project rolling and start posting.

I look forward to it, Darren! I’m excited to have another venue to interact with in the sphere. There really aren’t that many I like to visit anymore; your guys’ new one looks like it will provide a breath of fresh air for the “theosphere.”
